An end-to-end online booking and management system for a hair salon. Customers choose their services, date, time and stylist, confirm their booking, and automatically receive an account as part of the reservation.

Stylists work with a calendar where they manage their own working hours, breaks and days off. The owner manages the team, service catalogue and pricing, while tracking financial performance and salon statistics.

A dedicated keeper page allows staff to manage orders and reservations from a tablet while the salon is operating. A complete booking and management platform for handling reservations, team performance and business metrics.

What it does

• Booking in one flow: services, date, time, a chosen stylist or any of them — and an account created along the way, without a password.
• Customer accounts with upcoming and past visits, rescheduling and cancellation inside the salon’s own window.
• A calendar for each stylist in day, week and month views, with working hours, breaks, days off and blocked time.
• An owner’s panel for stylists and their permissions, the service catalogue and its prices, salon settings and the figures.
• Czech, English and Ukrainian throughout; the language never changes the currency.

Availability

The site is live at vlasovna.cz: bookings, customer accounts, the stylists’ calendars and the owner’s panel all run there against a real database, in Czech, English and Ukrainian. It is a commissioned project rather than a product on sale, so there is nothing to sign up for here — the booking form on that site is the whole of it.
