Your rights under the GDPR

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the following rights towards the controller, Nazar Kashuba, sole trader, Company ID 23562765, Dandova 2619/13, 193 00 Praha, Czech Republic. This site has no user accounts, so every right below is exercised the same way: by email to nazarkashuba@anynaz.com. What we process and why is described in the Privacy Policy.

Right of access (Art. 15)

On request we send you a copy of everything stored about you — in practice, the details of the call request or the price request you sent — together with information about how it is processed.

Right to rectification (Art. 16)

Tell us what is wrong, and it will be corrected.

Right to erasure (Art. 17)

Ask, and your call request, your price request and the emails about them are deleted.

Right to restriction (Art. 18)

You can ask us only to store your data, and do nothing else with it, while its accuracy is checked or an objection is considered.

Right to data portability (Art. 20)

On request we send you the data you provided in a machine-readable format (JSON).

Right to object (Art. 21)

You can object to processing based on legitimate interest — here, the pseudonymous identifier used to stop the forms being abused.

Withdrawing consent (Art. 7(3))

Only one thing relies on consent: remembering on your device which notes you have closed. Withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings in the footer and “Necessary only”, which also deletes what was stored; withdrawal does not affect processing before it.

Automated decisions (Art. 22)

This site does no profiling and makes no automated decisions about you.

How and when we answer

Requests are handled free of charge and without undue delay, within one month at the latest; for complex requests this may be extended by two further months, and we will tell you if it is.

So that your data never goes to someone else, we reply to the email address used for the form, or ask you to confirm your identity.

Complaints

If you disagree with how we process your data, you can complain to the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz — or to the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
