Kinship

Terms of use

Effective from 20 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the Kinship app. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Operator

Kinship is provided by Nazar Kashuba, sole trader, Company ID 23562765, Dandova 2619/13, 193 00 Praha, Czech Republic. Contact: nazarkashuba@anynaz.com.

2. The service

Kinship is a free app for wishlists, a calendar of the dates that matter, friends and gift planning. Its features may change and grow over time.

3. Your account

You must be 15 or older to create an account. Give accurate information and keep access to your email and device secure.

Your account is personal and may not be transferred.

4. Your content

Content you add (wishes, photos, events) stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence to store it and show it to people according to your privacy settings, solely to run the service.

You may not add content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights (including copyright and privacy), is abusive, hateful or sexually explicit, or is spam or malware. We may remove such content and block the account.

Report objectionable content or behaviour to nazarkashuba@anynaz.com; we act on reports within 24 hours.

5. Links, prices and purchases

Links and prices on wishes come from users or from the shops they point to and are for information. Kinship sells nothing and is not a party to any purchase; terms, prices and any discounts are always set by the shop.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be available at all times, but interruptions for maintenance or faults cannot be ruled out.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Manage account); deletion is completed within 7 working days. We may block or close an account for a serious breach of these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for content from users and third-party shops. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. App Store

If you got Kinship from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the service or its content, has no obligation to support it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

11. Changes

We may change these terms and will tell you about material changes in advance in the app or by email. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.
